Essential Oils to Use: Essential Oils: Peppermint Also consider: Wintergreen, Ginger Suggested protocols: Two drops of Peppermint essential oil directly in the mouth will work. For those that are more sensitive to Peppermint essential oil, consider diluting the oil in water or a carrier oil first. Sometimes the root cause of halitosis (“bad breath”) is the digestive tract.
